Watching this feels like being pelted with cartoonish gross-out gags rather than scared in any real way. It moves fast and loud, throwing mutant attacks, slime, and absurd violence at you nonstop instead of building any real dread. The blood and gore are cranked up to a ridiculous, silly extreme, more like a splatter comedy than a horror movie meant to unsettle you. It's a goofy, shock-for-laughs romp best for fans of trashy, over-the-top B-movies who want to laugh at the mess, not get freaked out by it.
