How scary is Attack on Titan II: End of the World?
Watching this feels more like being caught in a disaster movie than a traditional scary film, with giant monsters smashing through walls and chasing down tiny, helpless humans. The pace is fast and chaotic, jumping between desperate escapes and huge action set pieces rather than building slow dread. The fear here is mostly about bodies in danger, being chased, grabbed, and eaten, with some gross monster-movie imagery mixed in. It's built more for spectacle and adrenaline than for genuinely creeping you out or staying with you afterward.
On The Horror Database's 0–5 scare profile, Attack on Titan II: End of the World rates psychological 2/5, visceral 4/5, gore 3/5, lingering effect 2/5, and overall intensity 3/5.
