How scary is Three... Extremes?
Three separate stories run back to back, each building slowly before landing on something hard to watch, so the dread keeps resetting and rebuilding instead of easing off. The first stretch leans into queasy, stomach-turning body horror, the middle section drifts into eerie, dreamlike sadness that plays tricks on your sense of what's real, and the final piece turns into a twisted, almost darkly funny ordeal built on physical torment. There are almost no cheap jump scares here; the fear comes from slowly realizing how far each story is willing to go. This is for viewers who want to feel unsettled and a little sick afterward, not for anyone looking for a fun scare.
On The Horror Database's 0–5 scare profile, Three... Extremes rates psychological 5/5, visceral 3/5, gore 4/5, lingering effect 5/5, and overall intensity 5/5.
