How Teddy scares
Teddy blends small-town French comedy with a werewolf coming-of-age story, so the scares take a backseat to mood and character. The transformation stuff leans into body horror in a quiet, uneasy way rather than shocks or chases, and there's very little violence actually shown. It's more melancholy and darkly funny than frightening, following a young guy's life falling apart alongside his body.
