How Bloody Hell scares
It kicks off fast with a heist gone wrong and barely slows down from there, dropping its hero straight into a nightmare with almost no build-up. The scares come from gross, painful situations and a family of cannibal captors rather than mood or slow dread, and a running joke of the main character arguing with his own conscience keeps things light even when things get nasty. Expect winces and laughs more than genuine unease — it's gory and mean-spirited fun rather than something that will haunt you. Good for people who like their horror mixed with jokes and a lot of blood, not for anyone wanting quiet creeping tension.
