How Triggered scares

It kicks off like a normal camping-trip movie before flipping hard into a ticking-clock survival game once everyone wakes up wired with bombs. From there the pace rarely lets up, moving fast between arguments, shifting alliances, and sudden bursts of violence as the group turns on itself. The scares come less from atmosphere and more from watching desperate people make ugly choices under pressure. It's built more for tense, nervous entertainment than for something that will haunt you afterward.

On The Horror Database's 0–5 scare profile, Triggered rates psychological 3/5, visceral 4/5, gore 3/5, lingering effect 2/5, and overall intensity 3/5.

How scary is Triggered?

On The Horror Database's 0–5 intensity scale, Triggered rates 3/5 — solidly scary, building its fear through slow-burn dread rather than shocks. It works on both fronts, unsettling the mind while going for the body. Expect it to be moderately gory and scary but not punishing. Some of it will follow you to bed, but it lets go within a day or so.
