How The Vault scares
The Vault spends its first half as a tense heist thriller before sliding into something haunted and unsettling once the characters go underground. The scares lean on unease and dread built from tight, dark spaces rather than constant jolts, though it does use a handful of jump moments. Blood and violence show up but aren't the main point; the creeping wrongness of the location is. It's a decent pick if you like your horror mixed with crime tension rather than pure scare-a-minute pacing.
