How Glorious scares
It starts small and talky, basically two guys stuck on either side of a gross gas station bathroom wall, and stays that way for most of its runtime before opening up into something much bigger and stranger near the end. The scares here are more about big cosmic ideas and dread than jolts or chases, and there's a real vein of dark humor running through the dialogue that keeps things from feeling too heavy. When things do turn physical, it gets messy fast, but it's a quick, sharp burst rather than a constant assault. This one's for people who like their horror weird, talky, and a little funny rather than nonstop tense or gross.
